Ever since we discovered the Heartland Window a few years ago we have continued to be impressed by their committment to our customers and to manufacturing windows of the highest possible quality. Heartland Windows is based in Aplington, Iowa, and does not boast of the international prestige or century-long tradition that CertainTeed possesses. But Heartland's reputation as a superior fabricator of high-grade vinyl windows is enormous in this region. Heartland offers our customers an incredible array of options very few other windows can even approach; and their small-company feel is aparent to all our customers who have chosen to use Heartland windows in their home. We offer complete installation with our replacement windows, although a certain percentage of our customers each year choose to install the windows themselves. For these customers and those seeking new-construction style windows, we make both our window brands available at our cost. This may not seem ideal for our "bottom-line," but it helps raise our volume with our manufacturers (which never hurts) as well as helping to raise consumer awareness of both our company name and the brand names we endorse.
